Order Procedure



Placing and order


After you successfully place an order, a confirmation email 

will be sent to the email address on your account 

(or the email entered at checkout for guests).

If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder and make sure 

your email address was entered correctly, as any typo may cause delivery failure.


Product preparation


It typically takes 7–14 business days to prepare your items.

During this time, you may receive emails informing you that certain items are out of stock.

Please reply to these emails to let us know whether you would like:

  • a refund for the sold-out item, or

  • to exchange it for another item of a lower price (we will refund the difference).


If we do not receive a reply, your order may be delayed and held from dispatch.


Shipping


You can find your tracking number on “My Page” once your order has been shipped.


Taxes


All packages include taxes, and we cover all applicable customs fees.




Return Application



Please email us at classynmore@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Product number and name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the item (if applicable)


Return requests are accepted only within 10 business days of receiving your items.


Defects


If your item is defective, please attach clear photos showing the issue.

Once the defect is confirmed, you may be eligible for a refund without sending the item back.


Other reasons


For returns due to reasons other than defects (e.g. change of mind, size, color),

the item must be returned to our address in Korea at the customer’s expense.


If, after the return, the remaining items in your order no longer meet the free-shipping threshold of $250 USD,

the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund:

  • $30 USD for destinations within Asia (excluding Oceania)

  • $40 USD for destinations outside Asia (including Oceania)


Any customs duties or return-related taxes will also be deducted from the refund amount.




Lost Packages



If your package appears to be lost in transit,

please email us at classynmore@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Contact number

  • Shipping address
